Assistant Accounting Manager/Accounting Manager

About Us We are a growing contract manufacturer and supplier in the textile and apparel industry, located in Gardena (South Bay Los Angeles). Due to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Accounting Manager / Accounting Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of daily accounting operations while growing into a key finance leadership position. Position Overview You will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, support month-end close, work closely with management on financial reporting and analysis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting and wants career growth in a stable, expanding company. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close and financial reporting Maintain General Ledger and reconciliations Process AR/AP Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations Review inventory and cost accounting periodically Responsible for weekly financial report Support tax filings, audits, and compliance Assist with credit control and collections Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–4+ years accounting or supervisory experience Strong QuickBooks experience (required) Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Inventory / cost accounting experience preferred Mandarin speaking preferred Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently Benefits Competitive Salary 401(K) Health, Dental, Vision & Life Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunity Support for work authorization (case by case) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
