Join Us!Join us at the Google Operations Center for the opportunity to help Google users tackle their problems and accomplish their goals, all while working in a dynamic and diverse environmentAds Campaign Operations team provides support to their marketing partners in strategizing, building, testing and executing digital campaigns for Google Ads products.You will be responsible for leading and managing data professionals to deliver highly effective marketing programs and campaigns that drive customer engagement, conversions and revenue; while overseeing, managing and evaluating the effectiveness for everything data related, including but not limited to measurement and analysis of those programs.Position Responsibilities:Lead and manage individual and team performance against agreed service levels and deliverables; identify initiatives to meet or exceed objectives and key results The person is expected to lead on technical discussions as well as lead a team and provide the technical guidance and support and also ensure that the team have all necessary resources to perform delivery workAssist in the monitoring of healthy deployment of all digital marketing campaignsDemonstrate excellent time-management skills in fast-paced operationsReview performance data from the operations teams to evaluate the effectiveness of individual influencersServe as incident coordinator and confirm the reporting incident validity, category, and priority level and assign incidents to the correct group or resource for close outAssess the feasibility of proposed problem resolutions, including the resource availability and potential schedules; review and approve workarounds and resolutionsDetermining, creating, and implementing internal process improvements, such as redesigning infrastructure for increased scalability, improving data delivery, and automating manual procedures; leveraging, but not limited to the use of AI in accomplishingThis role also needs to have critical problem solving skills with the data technology related problems and bring innovation to all problems coming their way - a thought leader advocate advancing data best practices and continuous improvementEfficient and effective stakeholder management of cross functional and external partners and teams People Manager Responsibilities:Hold 1:1 meetings with individual team members to discuss performance, disseminate information and action on work / non-work related issues Share verbal and written feedback and administer performance reviews; act as an employee coach, mentor and advocate to support ongoing employee professional development Interview, and onboard new team members across all business workflows Ensure employees have appropriate training and other resources to maintain a high-quality work environment to enable high engaged and high performing teams Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical domain like B.Tech etc, a related field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience in cross-functional Collaboration, Agile Software Development & Product Lifecycle Management10+ years of experience in Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio etc), also 4-5 years of experience in people managementExperience in leading, mentoring & coaching technical teams and ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholdersExpert-level proficiency in writing complex SQL queries across various databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) to extract, transform, and analyze dataIntermediate knowledge of data warehousing concepts (i.e., technical architectures, infrastructure components, estimated time to launch, and reporting/analytics tools and environments)Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skillsPreferred QualificationsAbility to prioritize requests and partner well in an environment with competing demands from stakeholdersGood in technical judgment and understanding of large-scale data operations
