The Escrow Processor will manage and facilitate the escrow process for real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing documents, assisting with closings, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements. The role also involves direct interaction with clients to provide excellent customer service and effective communication throughout the transaction process. Qualifications Proficiency in Closings, Escrow, and Notary processes related to real estate transactionsStrong understanding of Residential Real Estate and associated documentationExceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and communicationAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlinesRelevant experience in real estate, escrow, or a related fieldState certification as a Notary Public (or willingness to become certified) is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in real estate or legal studies is a plus
