Forklift Operator (Sit Down)

Overview We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by efficiently moving and storing materials. This role requires hands-on experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts, a strong attention to safety, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely operate sit down forklifts in warehouse and distribution settings Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks and trailers Transport, stack, and store materials in designated locations Accurately track inventory movements and complete required documentation or system updates Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety issues Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Experience 1+ year of experience operating sit down forklifts Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain site certification Strong safety awareness and proven ability to follow procedures Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on your feet for extended periods Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from work As part of onboarding, all Spotters complete a background check through our screening partner.
