The role involves coordinating with offshore teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development using Java and modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Microservices)Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore teamsDrive solution design, architecture decisions, and technical roadmapEnsure timely delivery, quality assurance, and risk managementConduct code reviews and mentor development teamsSupport estimation, planning, and release management activitiesTechnical Skills RequiredStrong expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIsExperience with Microservices architectureKnowledge of Databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and JPA/HibernateExposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and API integrationsOther RequirementsExcellent client-facing and communication skillsExperience working in onsite-offshore delivery modelsStrong problem-solving and leadership abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience & Qualification8+ years in Java development with proven leadership experienceBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
