The Clinical Project Manager leads and coordinates cross-functional clinical and operational initiatives that support the strategic goals of AC Wellness. This role is responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines and budgets, and driving execution while applying strong critical thinking throughout the project lifecycle. QualificationsBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required2+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical operations, or a related environmentProject management certification (PMP, CAPM or similar) strongly preferredDemonstrated experience managing projects of varying size and complexity, including large, cross-functional initiativesStrong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows preferredKnowledge of and experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesStrong verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to analyze information, evaluate evidence, and apply sound judgment to support effective decision-makingAbility to communicate clearly and concisely with peers, business partners, and leadership via written, verbal, and presentation formatsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to remain flexible and composed in the face of ambiguity and rapid changeDemonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative solution development capabilitiesHealth, wellness, or medical group experience a plus
