Invoicing Specialist

Shamrock Roofing is an established roofing and construction company servicing the metro-Kansas City area since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest and now servicing areas in Arkansas, Des Moines, Lincoln, Omaha, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver and St. Louis.We are now looking to fill an Invoicing Specialist position for our Supplemental Department. Our Supplemental Team includes all of Shamrock’s Invoicing, Permits & Licensing, and Invoicing/Collections team members. This position may assist each team within the department as support.Candidates with backgrounds in data entry, admin, county or municipality work, building permit backgrounds are all encouraged to apply! Especially those with invoicing experience!Job Duties May IncludeInvoicing incoming jobs and verifying Labor Invoices (Frequent)Data Entry in Spreadsheets and databases (Frequent)General Forms Data Entry (Frequent)Make calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding dues of projects for homeowners.Develop payment plans if neededLocate debtors in order to begin the recovery processNegotiate debt paymentsAll other duties assigned by the managerCompensation & BenefitsFull-Time In Office PositionMonday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + an hour for lunchMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days of employmentPTO accrual after 30 Days of employment401K after 6 months of employmentCompensation Range: $45k-$50k based on experienceAll new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary periodMust be persistent and have a “won't take no for an answer” attitude towards insurance companies.Must be a problem solver; capable of figuring things out and finding new avenues to approach issues to achieve the desired outcomeWorking knowledge of G Suite is a plusPrior experience is a plusQuick thinking and adaptabilityA positive “can-do” attitudeGreat with hard deadlinesDisclaimer: Shamrock Roofing & Construction participates in the E-Verify Program for I9 Verification.
