HR Support Job Title: HR SupportLocation: Lincolnwood, ILIndustry: Home ServicesPay: 19.00 to 20.00 an hourReports to: Chief Human Resources Officer, HR Manager, HR SupervisorsJob SummaryThe HR Support role is essential to maintaining compliance with IDOA, DHS, and all relevant federal and state regulations. This role maintains and audits employee records, handles critical administrative duties, and enhances internal policies.QualificationsStrong organizational skills and basic office and computer skillsMinimum of a High School Diploma or GEDStrong interpersonal skillsProactive with good judgment, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periodsManual dexterity to handle paperwork and operate office equipment (e.g., filing systems, scanners, printers)Prior office experience preferredJob DutiesFile clerk duties: maintaining and organizing both physical and digital files in alphabetical order for efficient retrieval.Answer and direct calls professionally.Conduct data entry, organize and maintain checklists, and records in accordance with internal policies.Conduct regular audits of personnel files to ensure completeness and compliance with applicable federal/state regulations.Maintain working knowledge of State and Federal Laws and Regulations.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data in full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable state and federal laws.Assist with additional duties as assigned by Management.About the CompanyHealthcare Plus (HCP) is a trusted home care agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate services to senior citizens and individuals with disabilities throughout Illinois.
