Senior Outpatient Therapist I Position at Clarvida - Pennsylvania Job Title: Senior Outpatient Therapist I Work Location: Mifflintown, PA or Pottsville, PA Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $23.00-$26.00 per client hour-Differential rates for licensed, administrative work and travelAbout the Role The Senior Outpatient Therapist I is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy services to consumers while supporting the development and effectiveness of the outpatient clinical team. This role includes delivering high-quality clinical care, assisting team members in complex or at-risk situations, and contributing to a collaborative treatment environment that ensures comprehensive, person-centered care.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with consumer treatment plansDevelop individualized treatment plans in compliance with county, state, and federal regulationsCreate transition and discharge plans by evaluating treatment progress, recovery goals, and outcomesParticipate in team meetings, supervision, evaluations, and required trainingsConduct psychosocial assessments at intake and at required intervalsComplete standardized and outcome-based assessments as required by program guidelinesEvaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing treatment plan reviewsCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic, person-centered careProvide clinical support, mentoring, and training to outpatient team membersAssist staff with consultation and case review for treatment modalities and clinical presentationsRespond to crisis and emergency situations, including mandated reporting and risk interventionsMaintain assigned caseload and adhere to scheduled service delivery expectationsParticipate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and team meetingsMaintain professional, ethical, and respectful interactions with consumers, families, and staffSupport organizational needs by completing additional duties as assignedRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical discipline from an accredited institutionVerified completion of a clinical practicumMinimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health setting, CASSP system, or licensed mental health agencyActive participation in clinical supervision toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)Experience with behavioral modification techniquesProficiency in psychosocial assessments and clinical documentationStrong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skillsAbility to respond effectively in crisis situations and make sound clinical decisionsProficiency with electronic health record systemsCompensation & BenefitsFull-time Employees: Wellness Time Paid Holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance options DailyPay access your earnings without waiting for payday* Training, development, and CEUs for licensure All Employees: 401(k) Free licensure supervision Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pet insurance Discounts on shopping, travel, entertainment & more Mileage reimbursement* * Benefits may vary by location
