Infrastructure Developer/Engineer-Python Location- JERSEY CITY,NJ, PLANO,TX, CHARLOTTE,NC, CHANDLER,AZ 12–18 Month Contract Hybrid Position***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*** ****W2 ONLY NO C2C****We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Developer/Engineer to help drive AI-enabled modernization of enterprise vulnerability patching. This role will focus on building Python-based, agent-driven automation to accelerate vulnerability remediation and reduce security risk across mainframe, Linux, cloud, network, and security environments.What You’ll DoDesign and develop AI-driven automation frameworks for infrastructure vulnerability patchingBuild and deploy AI agent-based workflows to automate vulnerability remediation at scaleDevelop solutions using Python and/or Java/Spring BootIntegrate AI agents with RESTful APIs, infrastructure platforms, and security toolingWork across mainframe (z/VM/IBM i), Linux, cloud, network, and security environmentsPartner with infrastructure and security teams to prioritize and execute patching initiativesSupport the end-to-end vulnerability management and remediation processBuild reliable, scalable, and operationally ready automation solutionsWork independently as a self-starter to solve complex infrastructure and security challengesWhat We’re Looking ForExpert-level Python development experience in enterprise environmentsStrong Java/Spring Boot experience is also valuableStrong experience developing and integrating RESTful APIsStrong system administration and infrastructure backgroundExperience across enterprise infrastructure such as mainframe, Linux, cloud, network, or securityHands-on experience with AI agents, agent-based automation, or AI-driven workflowsUnderstanding of the end-to-end vulnerability management/remediation processExperience working in large-scale enterprise environmentsNice to HaveExperience with agent-based or autonomous system architecturesExperience with IBM i (iSeries) tooling and vulnerability patchingMainframe z/VM experienceExperience building automation around vulnerability remediation
