Empath Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home, along with personal care support that assists with daily needs as part of a seamless continuum of care.Locations: Home health visits in west Pasco county (New Port Richey, Hudson, Port Richey, Holiday, Trinity, and surrounding areas)Visits may also be available in Pinellas, east Pasco, Hillsborough, and/or Hernando counties if preferred!Schedule: PRN; 5-10+ home health visits per week.
