Business Analyst
Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Business Analyst who will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams within the Technical Solutions Group. This individual will gather and document requirements, facilitate Agile processes, manage product backlogs, coordinate implementations, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and Agile expertise to support computational design systems and business initiatives.Top 4 SkillsBusiness Analysis & Requirements GatheringAgile/Scrum FacilitationStakeholder Management & CommunicationJira & Backlog ManagementResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Create user stories and acceptance criteria.Manage and prioritize product backlogs.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives.Monitor team velocity and process efficiency.Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.Coordinate implementation, testing, training, and communication efforts.Conduct trade-off analysis and support product decisions.Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions using critical thinking.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.Minimum 4 years of technical business analysis experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.Understanding of technical systems and terminology.Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Project management experience preferred.Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
