Endpoint Administrator

Join our Team as an ENDPOINT ADMINISTRATOR!The RoleWe’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Endpoint Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing frontline support and maintenance for enterprise endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals. This role ensures that endpoints remain secure, up to date, and aligned with company IT policies, while offering end-users reliable access to the tools they need to perform their work. If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you’ll feel right at home here.What You’ll Be DoingDevice Support & TroubleshootingProvide first-line technical support for endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues.Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.Endpoint Configuration & DeploymentAssist with provisioning, imaging, and deployment of new endpoint devices.Apply standard configurations and policies through endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF, NinjaOne).Support onboarding of new users with device setup and configuration.Security & ComplianceMonitor compliance with security policies (patching, antivirus, encryption).Ensure endpoint devices receive timely updates and security patches.Report and escalate security-related incidents.Inventory & Asset ManagementMaintain accurate records of endpoint devices and peripherals.Track hardware lifecycle and coordinate with procurement for replacements.Documentation & Knowledge SharingDocument troubleshooting steps and resolutions in knowledge base systems.Provide end-user guidance and training on proper device use.What We’re Looking ForBasic knowledge of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, AirWatch).Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification.Experience in a help desk or IT support environment.Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and request management.Where And When You’ll WorkThis is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:Salary - $65,440 - $83,895 per year.
