No two days are the same, and you’ll see the direct impact of your work as you support the overall maintenance of our fleet and facilities. What you’ll do at Wabash Center:Apply your electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and/or general maintenance experienceCoordinate and supervise contractors for advanced maintenance or repair workOrder and pick up parts and supplies for maintenance projectsMaintain a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportationComplete reports and document workflow, and activitiesPrioritize safety in every taskServe as a positive representative of Wabash Center to the individuals we support and their families or guardians What Wabash Center can offer you:On-site training and onboarding supportA fun, challenging, and rewarding work environmentOpportunities to learn new skills and grow existing onesThe ability to make an impact across the entire organization Join us and make a difference — every single day.Qualifications:Minimum of one year of experience in general industrial maintenance or equivalent, ideally including minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general facility upkeep.High School Diploma or GED preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.Must be 18 years of age (or older) with a valid Indiana driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to be insured under Wabash Center’s insurance policy.  The following are core expectations for this role:Basic preventive maintenance (filters, lighting, minor HVAC)Minor repairs to building systemsRoutine inspections of buildings and groundsFleet vehicle support (fluids, tire checks, cleaning, light upkeep)Respond to work orders and maintenance requests Work Environment: Indoor/outdoor environmentsExposure to weatherWalking, standing, and bending frequently Physical Requirement:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Climb laddersBendStoopKneelCrouchWork safely with hand and power tools Schedule/HoursMonday–Friday, during business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)4 hours per dayFlexible start/end time during onboarding; schedule remains consistent once setPay rate:$20.00 to $23.00 an hourhttps://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=19d3f597e4866da8&from=shareddesktop_copy Your work directly supports the safety, comfort, and dignity of the individuals we serve. Wabash Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer
