We aim to guide both parties through the nuances of in home employment.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site position located in North County San Diego. The Infant Nanny will be responsible for providing attentive care to an infant, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene. Daily tasks include organizing age-appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, emotional, and physical development, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and preparing meals and snacks tailored to the infant's needs. Clear communication with the family regarding the infant's progress and routine will also be a key aspect of this role.QualificationsMinimum 2 years infant care experience, with a genuine passion for working with childrenProficiency in cooking and preparing nutritious meals suitable for 9 monthsUnderstanding of Early Childhood Development principles and practicesStrong communication skills for effective interaction with both children and parentsFirst aid and CPR certification Prior experience or certification in child development or early learning is a plusPatience, empathy, and reliability in fulfilling caregiving responsibilities
