Position: We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant who is eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. This position offers competitive wage and benefits, including a flexible schedule of four 9-hour days, with compensation equivalent to a 40-hour work week. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mobility and pain relief. Educate patients on proper exercises and techniques for at-home care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Practice accurate time management. Requirements: Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Able to render patient services and may supervise Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants, Therapy Aides and Students. CPR Certification.
