Sales and Marketing, Acoustical Products

We are looking for an energetic and creative Sales and Marketing professional to join our fast-paced acoustical products department. This individual must love audio and music, love selling, be eager to learn, have the ability to self-motivate, and be able to work quickly and accurately. Attention to detail and proactive problem solver are essential.The primary responsibility will be the marketing, sales, and shipment of acoustical products. This includes treatment modules and sound isolation materials. The candidate must have experience in effective sales and marketing strategies. This individual will also manage the daily operations to respond to customer enquiries, provide technical support and ensure optimal service delivery to customers.Job RequirementsUnderstanding of great customer support and provide accurate information to customers.Knowledge of audio and acoustics.Experience with sales and marketing.Experience with online sales and social media marketing. Know Facebook ads, know customer forums, (i.e. AVS, Audioholics, Gearspace, Home Recording, etc), know how to promote the company on YouTube and webinars.Identify and target potential customers through a proactive approach, including cold-calling and prospecting.Efficiently and accurately keep up-to-date inventory, and sales results, as well as client contact information.Responsible for supervising shipments until deliveries are completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Responsible for storing products in a logical and orderly manner.Check products quality control.Excellent communication skills and language proficiency in English, both oral and written.Possess strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.Time management and multitasking skills. Result oriented. Demonstrating ability to work with deadlines in supporting company goals.Take initiative. High degree of ethics and personal conduct.Display the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, and have strong interpersonal skills.Solid skills with MS Office software and QuickBooks. Good experience with sales automation, customer relationship management, and other web-based software programs. Knowledge of ShipStation, UPS and FedEx apps a plus.EducationBachelor's degree or Associates degree in a related field (Engineering, Music, Business, etc.). Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field are a plus.Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in customer service, logistics, fulfillment, sales, and shipping & receiving experience preferred.Physical RequirementsThere will be times of standing, walking, bending and reaching.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for a distance of 100 feet.Close visual ability required.This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms and hands.J-18808-Ljbffr
