Part-Time Office Support (Events + Administration)📍 Auburn, MaineABC Maine is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to support our growing team in a part-time Office Support role.If you enjoy coordinating events, keeping operations running smoothly, and being the go-to person who makes things happen—this could be a great fit. About the RoleThis position plays a key role in supporting ABC Maine’s day-to-day operations and event execution. You’ll work across administrative functions, member communications, and program coordination—helping deliver high-quality experiences for our members and industry partners. What You’ll DoEvent Coordination & SupportAssist in planning and executing events, programs, and training classes Research and coordinate venues, speakers, and logistics Draft and manage event communications (save-the-dates, materials, signage) Support event setup and breakdown, including onsite coordination Coordinate catering and event details Organize and maintain event photo libraries Office AdministrationManage incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, and communications Maintain organization of office and shared spaces Track and order office supplies Support email communications through Constant Contact Scheduling & Program SupportAssist with venue scheduling and logistics for key events Coordinate recurring program details, including speakers and locations  What We’re Looking ForHighly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly Professional, reliable, and service-oriented Strong communication and administrative skills Technical SkillsMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required Experience with databases (MS Access) a plus Comfortable working in email platforms like Constant Contact  Work Environment & RequirementsCombination of office work and onsite event support Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and be active during events Reliable transportation required for local travel  What We OfferSupportive, collaborative team environment Flexible scheduling within standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM) Paid holidays and earned PTO Additional hours available during events (optional) Limited remote work flexibility after training Company-issued cell phone + mileage reimbursement Opportunities for growth within the organization  CompensationCompetitive hourly rate based on experience How to ApplySend your resume and letter of interest to:📧 Hope@abcmaine.org RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States
