Operations Manager (Marilao Bulacan)

Direct day-to-day operations across inventory management, logistics, and technical servicing for our full fleet of electric vehicles.Supervise the assembly, maintenance, and repair protocols for various e-bike models (2, 3, and 4 wheels), ensuring all units meet safety and performance standards.Manage relationships with international and local suppliers to ensure a steady influx of units and spare parts. Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.Ensure all operations comply with local transportation laws and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations regarding electric vehicles.Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the operations team, focusing on turnaround time for repairs, delivery efficiency, and cost reduction.Lead and mentor a team of technicians, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel to foster a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
