Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and close top engineering talent
Proactively source passive candidates using advanced sourcing methods to build a diverse talent pool
Facilitate interview processes and drive the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles, including software engineering and data science
Hands-on experience recruiting for specialized technology sectors with a proven track record of closing difficult positions
Strong full-cycle recruiting experience managing requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
Proven ability to source and hire passive candidates in fast-paced environments
Immediate availability or ability to start within 2 weeks
