Whether you’re a longtime enthusiast or just starting your journey, Mint Cannabis is about connection, growth, and good vibes only.We’re looking for a Facility Coordinator ready to roll up their sleeves (pun absolutely intended) and support our facility operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.  Ready to grow with us? 🌱 Let’s make it happen.What You’ll DoOversee and maintain all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation, including daily, monthly, and annual reporting and recordkeepingManage cannabis and non-cannabis inventory levels to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate and distribute facility supplies across departmentsPlan and optimize space allocation for inventory storageSchedule and oversee preventative maintenance and facility repairsPerform basic maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systemsCoordinate and manage pest control vendors and service schedulesMaintain and monitor facility security systemsCoordinate scheduling and daily responsibilities of  reliability techniciansOversee key control and access card systemsEnsure compliance with all local, state, and company health and safety regulationsReceive, track, and manage incoming and outgoing deliveriesCoordinate deliveries with Mint Cannabis Florida retail locations and driversOperate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments safely What You’ll Bring1–3 years of experience in facility coordination, warehouse operations, or a related roleWorking knowledge of GMP standards and compliance requirements (preferred)Experience with inventory management and logistics coordinationBasic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security)Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (or willingness to be trained)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skills Why You'll Love Mint CannabisA work culture that’s welcoming, passionate, and built on good vibes Opportunities for growth as we expand into new markets Discounts on products and merch Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible roles) Paid time off to relax, recharge, and take care of you A chance to be part of something amaZing 🌱 A Few Things You’ll NeedMust be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card if required by your state.About Mint CannabisAt Mint Cannabis, we’re passionate about creating a premium cannabis experience — for everyone!
