Why This Role Is ImportantThis role will serve as the central point of ownership for all inventory in a highly detailed and compliance-driven environment. Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, barcode/serial number tracking, purchasing coordination, and operational continuity across the business. Will manage the PO process and serve as a key liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth operational execution. Critical in maintaining FDA-related inventory documentation, compliance standards, and reporting accuracy. The Background That FitsExperience in inventory management, supply chain, operations, purchasing, logistics, or warehouse/inventory leadership roles within a fast-paced environment. Strong inventory systems experience with the ability to quickly learn and navigate ERP, inventory, or Salesforce-based platforms. Experience managing purchase orders, inventory tracking, shipping/receiving processes, and vendor relationships. Strong attention to detail with experience operating in highly regulated, compliance-driven, or serialized inventory environments. Comfortable creating reports, analyzing inventory data, and utilizing metrics to improve operational performance and accuracy. Executive presence and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and leadership teams.
