Quality Engineer
Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer (Precision Manufacturing & Six Sigma)Role OverviewWe are seeking a data-driven Senior Quality Engineer to lead our Quality Control (QC) initiatives and New Product Introduction (NPI) strategies. This role is responsible for developing robust inspection protocols, validating complex measurement equipment, and leading cross-functional teams through corrective action and continuous improvement projects. You will act as a subject matter expert in Six Sigma principles, ensuring that all in-house components meet rigorous performance and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities• Quality Systems & Protocols: Develop and implement advanced inspection protocols and control charts. Validate all measurement and test equipment to ensure data integrity.• NPI & Process Troubleshooting: Lead cross-functional teams during New Product Introductions. Troubleshoot manufacturing processes to identify and eliminate root causes of defects.• Non-Conformance Management: Manage the end-to-end non-conformance lifecycle within the Quality Management System (QMS). Provide technical feedback and manage tooling calibration and equipment tracking.• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), process validations, and correlation studies.
