Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Housing Project Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. The primary responsibilities include coordinating housing projects, managing timelines and budgets, facilitating communication among stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable housing and mortgage standards, and providing administrative support for day-to-day operations. The role also involves monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and addressing any project-related challenges effectively. Qualifications Project Management and Organizational skills, with an ability to manage timelines and budgets effectivelyStrong Administrative and Planning capabilities to support daily operations, documentation, and schedulingCommunication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members seamlesslyKnowledge of Housing and Mortgage compliance standards, regulations, and best practicesProblem-Solving and Decision-Making ability to address project challenges efficientlyProficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and project management toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Prior experience in housing, real estate, or mortgage-related projects is a plus
