Outpatient Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
MakeExtraordinaryPossible UCHealth is seeking a compassionate and highly qualified board‑certified or board‑eligible full‑time Outpatient Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide care in Fort Collins, CO, at our UCHealth Behavioral Health Clinic – Westbridge. Become part of our growing outpatient program, which encompasses a full range of behavioral health services within our physician‑led multispecialty group.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for pediatric and adolescent patients.
Exhibit compassion and dedication to identifying and treating psychiatric, neuropsychiatric, personality, and substance use disorders.
Provide evidence‑based psychiatric care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patients' progress, assess treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions.
Stay informed about the latest research, advancements, and best practices in psychiatry.

Our competitive compensation package includes:
Salary range is based on the FTE percentage: .81–1.0
1.0 FTE is a $300,000 annual base salary.
Generous signing bonus
Additional days off and allowance for CME
If applicable, a quality and productivity bonus may be offered.
A relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
