Our team is built on trust, service, and a commitment to doing things the right way.The Inside Sales Representative (Plumbing & Contractor Accounts) partners closely with outside sales and operations teams to grow and support a portfolio of contractor and trade accounts. This role focuses on driving revenue, increasing product adoption, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining strong margins. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of wholesale distribution, thrives in a team-first environment, and is confident working directly with contractors, plumbers, and trade professionals.Experience in plumbing or contractor-facing sales is strongly preferred. Requirements: Required:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent1+ year of sales or account support experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment) Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and internal teams Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-volume setting Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems) Proven reliability, professionalism, and follow-through Preferred:Experience in plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, or contractor-facing sales environments 2+ years of inside sales or wholesale distribution experience Experience working with contractors, builders, or trade professionals (B2B sales) Ability to read or learn product specifications, job requirements, and technical applications Comfortable quoting, upselling, and driving additional product adoption Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency and ownership Experience managing customer accounts or supporting a book of business Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethicPI8ee0b36fd5-
