Job Description Positions available are as follows:Above Ground Electrical, Below Ground Electrical, Mechanical/Metal, Operator (Earth, Skid, Forklift), PV.General Job Title(s): Helper/Millwright/QC Classification: HOURLY / Non-ExemptDepartment: Solar Location: Solar JobsitesTitle Reports To: Relevant Field Supervisor Approved By: JIMMY LEE 1 /4/2022GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Provide various general labor duties in the field on Solar Jobsite projects, including but not limited to: PV Installer, Helper, General Labor, Quality ControlGENERAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work off ladders and scaffolding Operate hand tools including, but not limited to: Tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes Good organization, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to convey a positive and professional image to co-workersAbility to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and helpful attitudeFull-time employment required: Excessive tardiness or absenteeism is grounds for terminationMust have reliable transportationExtended hours of work may occur, with a single shift lasting as long as 12 hoursOvertime and work on weekends and holidays may be requiredPerform other duties as assigned or requestedNo prior experience or training. Some high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
