HighlightsCollaborative OB/GYN practice settingOutpatient clinic environmentMission-driven organization serving the East Texas communityWork alongside experienced physicians and clinical support teamsOpportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered women's healthcareWhat You'll DoIn this role, you will provide comprehensive women's healthcare under the collaborative direction of an OB/GYN physician.Responsibilities include:Providing well-woman care and reproductive healthcare for adolescent and adult female patientsManaging routine antepartum and postpartum care Performing comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment planningReviewing medical history, lab results, psychosocial factors, and risk status at each visitProviding patient triage and coordinating care needs appropriatelyCollaborating with physicians on higher-risk or more complex patient care needsEducating patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and health maintenanceAccurately documenting care and coding visits appropriatelySupporting clinic policies and quality initiatives related to patient careMeeting productivity expectations while maintaining exceptional care standardsQualificationsRequiredCurrent WHNP or CNM certification/licensure in TexasActive DEA and prescribing authority in good standingCurrent BLS/Healthcare Provider certificationPreferred3 years' experience in labor and deliver/OB setting preferredEPIC EMR experienceCommunity health/FQHC experienceWhat Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for someone who:Is passionate about women's healthDelivers compassionate, patient-centered careCommunicates effectively with patients and team membersThrives in a collaborative clinical environmentDemonstrates sound clinical judgment and professionalismValues diversity, inclusion, and ethical patient carePhysical & Work EnvironmentThis role requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, patient interaction, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
