Job Description Operations Supervisor – Distribution CenterFull‐Time | Reports to General ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead day‐to‐day distribution center operations and drive productivity, safety, and performance. This is a hands‐on leadership role for a proven warehouse professional who can lead teams through high‐volume operations, adapt to changing priorities, and help stabilize and improve current workflows.The ideal candidate is comfortable being flexible with schedules, visible on the floor, and accountable for results.Work SchedulePrimary schedule: Monday–FridayAdditional days: Saturdays currently required due to business demandHours: Currently 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (subject to change based on operational needs)What You'll DoAs an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and timely warehouse operations, including:Supervise, hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse staffOversee daily operations including unloading, distribution, shipping, and receivingEnsure productivity goals and shipping deadlines are consistently metIdentify and resolve operational delays, bottlenecks, and staffing issuesEnforce company policies and handle employee discipline and terminations as neededMonitor inventory levels and collaborate closely with inventory controlUtilize the Warehouse Management System (Manhattan WMS) to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‐compliant facilityCollaborate with Operations Manager and leadership to identify inefficiencies and cost‐reduction opportunitiesSupport high‐volume returns, multi‐facility oversight, and customer‐facing operational needsPartner cross‐functionally to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfactionPerform additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForRequired ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor or Warehouse SupervisorStrong knowledge of warehouse operations including materials handling, inventory control, and shipping/receivingProven experience with unload operations, distribution, and P&L responsibilityExperience in high‐volume, fast‐paced logistics environmentsFamiliarity with 3PL operations preferredHands‐on experience with Manhattan WMS or similar warehouse management systemsSkills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and supervisory skills with a coaching approachExcellent problem‐solving and decision‐making abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills and operational judgmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in Spanish and English requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Education & BackgroundHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExtensive logistics or distribution leadership experience strongly preferredBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package including:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your experience can directly impact operational improvement and team performance.
