Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.Join our rehabilitation team of over 50 clinicians (physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology) with the opportunity to work in one of our 3 outpatient locations and/or an acute care hospital with 154 beds. Our featured hospital units include medical surgical, same day surgery, intensive care unit, progressive care unit, behavioral health unit, emergency department and women's services. We offer flexibility that may include non-traditional schedules to best meet patient and employee needs.An Acute Care and/or Outpatient Rehab Physical Therapist Assistant who excels in this role:Supports therapist in assessing the condition of patients, planning treatment programs, preparing treatment schedules and keeping records on the progress of treatment.Assists with therapeutic procedures or administering procedures under a therapist's supervision.Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing.What we're looking for:Must be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program and possess an NC Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
