Great opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join a great community in Northern Illinois not far from the WI and IA borders and only 1.5 hrs to Chicago, IL Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician Established outpatient clinic Well known organization within the community - looking to expand Can start quickly if needed Mon-Fri 8a-5p with one half Saturday rotated among all providers - very infrequent Call currently one full week, every 6-7 weeks - all calls go through Nurse Triage and call is after clinic hours Will see 16-20 patients per day Very generous base salary (one of highest in Illinois) with discretionary bonus at year end and yearly increases $275-385K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate Loan repayment through NHSC Visa candidates may apply EMR used is EClinicalWorks Please refer to Job ID.
