Job Description Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) - SNF Location: Port Charlotte We are seeking full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) for the Port Charlotte area. The primary role involves Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Monday - Friday. We are looking for dedicated providers enthusiastic about patient care. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 Depending on Experience (DOE) On-Call: One weekend every 6-8 weeks PTO: 10 days paid vacation CME: 3 days Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities Perform Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Monday - Friday. Be available for On-call one weekend every 6-8 weeks. Be responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment, evaluation, diagnosing, planning, and implementation. Perform responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development. Requirements Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience - Required Graduate from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) program - Required State Licensure for APRN or PA - Required Ability to work autonomously. #MASC104
