This position is responsible for administrative consistency, operational support, and providing reliable service to both internal teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations: Manage daily administrative activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and oversee office supply inventoryFront Office & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment and handling calls and correspondence professionallyFinancial & Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, accounts payable/receivable, and maintain accurate filing systemsScheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and company events while ensuring compliance with internal policiesProcess Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance office efficiency and workflowQualifications & ExperienceExperience: Minimum 3 years in administrative or office management rolesEducation: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferredTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferredCore Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and sound decision-making capabilityProfessional Strengths: Effective time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
