This role is critical to scaling our Ecommerce channel profitably and building a high-performing acquisition engine.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and GoogleSupport creative testing for ads, audiences, and offersMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvementAssist with reporting on key ecommerce metrics such as ROAS and CPAStay up to date with TikTok trends, ad formats, and platform updatesWork closely with the Ecommerce Manager and designer on creative ideas and testingAnalyze ad creatives and help identify what performs bestContribute new ideas for hooks, formats, and creative conceptsThe RoleWe are looking for a Junior Paid Media Buyer to support and grow our paid acquisition efforts across TikTok, Meta, and Google, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to grow in performance marketing, understands digital advertising fundamentals, and is excited by creative testing, platform trends, and ecommerce growth.You will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and graphic designer to help manage campaigns, analyze performance, test creatives, and contribute to the overall paid media strategy.This is a part-time position (20h/week).About You1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or ecommerce marketingFamiliarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and/or Google AdsStrong interest in DTC ecommerce and digital growth marketingAnalytical mindset and willingness to learnComfortable working with data and performance metricsProactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-moving environmentExperience in beauty, wellness, or supplements is a plus
