We work together to win, grow, and make a real impact—supported by a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative environment where you can be your best, every day.Position Title: Order ProcessorDepartment: Operations – GSCReports to: Shift SupervisorBand/Grade: 00Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pmThe Order Processor is responsible for processing orders through various areas in a manner that meets company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy but does not require operation of a powered industrial vehicle.Position Detail – ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate accurate and efficient experience conducting inventory transactions and meet daily production requirementsUse a radio frequency (RF) scanner/hand-held gun and computer to pick and verify items for selectionAnalyze and troubleshoot problems and resolve them such as shortages, quality checks, and correct quantityPack box of items and stack boxes on pallets properlyMaintain safe work environment by being aware of surroundings; following standards and procedures; complying with operating policies and regulationsWear all required safety PPE and operate all work duties in a safe manner following proper proceduresTake individual responsibility in keeping work area organized and cleanMeet position’s daily production requirementsPosition Detail – Key QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Ability to work well in team environmentAbility to read, write and perform basic math skills with strong attention to detail including speed and accuracy in counting and verificationMust be able to work overtime when the business needs require itConsiderable physical effort lifting and moving material or objects that are average weight continuously and heavy weight material or objects frequentlyAbility to move inside warehouse and remain in stationary position up to 10 – 12 hoursBend, stretch, and reach low and high places frequentlyOperate buttons on computer, and RF gunsAscend/descend 2 step ladder that crosses over conveyorMove light weight objects or material overhead occasionallyAbility to work in high places of 35-40 ft. and look up to high places by bending neckPass eye exam if required to operate machineryAbility to lift up to 50 lbsNewell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
