Clinical Social Worker (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT)

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support and advocacy to individuals and families dealing with various challenges. *Duties* - Conduct patient assessments to determine needs and develop care plans - Provide crisis intervention and support during difficult situations - Implement group therapy sessions for clients - Utilize ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation - Offer psychotherapy services to address emotional and mental health concerns - Collaborate with special education professionals for clients requiring additional support - Assist individuals with autism in developing social skills - Coordinate home and community care services for patients *Requirements* - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field - Experience in patient assessment and care planning - Proficiency in crisis intervention and group therapy techniques - Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for documentation purposes - Familiarity with working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide compassionate care and support to diverse populations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Medical Specialty: Pediatrics Schedule: 8 hour shift License/Certification: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC License (Required) Ability to Commute: Eagan, MN (Required) Ability to Relocate: Eagan, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
