Job DescriptionPre-Litigation Personal Injury ParalegalLocation: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (On-Site)We are a rapidly expanding personal injury practice seeking a highly experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a confident and detail-oriented paralegal who can manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement with professionalism and autonomy.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience managing personal injury pre-litigation matters , including medical records management, demand preparation, negotiation support, and frequent client communication. This is a fully in-office position , as collaboration and team integration are essential to our workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlementDraft, send, and follow up on medical record and billing requestsReview, organize, and summarize medical records and medical billsCommunicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneysPrepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiationsMaintain accurate case files, deadlines, and documentation with strong attention to detailCoordinate client medical treatment and monitor progressPrepare settlement statements and assist with lien negotiationsSupport attorneys with case strategy and case preparation as neededRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal (required)Strong understanding of personal injury case flow from intake through resolutionProven experience handling medical records, drafting demands, and supporting negotiationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with case management software and Microsoft OfficeProfessional, dependable, and client-service-orientedAbility to work onsite in Rancho CucamongaPreferred QualificationsExperience with lien negotiationsBilingual (Spanish) is a plusExperience working in a growing or high-volume personal injury practiceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
