Cleaning Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including offices, Bathrooms, Break Rooms, and other areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. Duties: - Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, and surfaces. - Dust, mop, and vacuum all floors and surfaces. - Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers. - Clean offices, classrooms, and other areas. - Empty trash and recycling bins. - Restock supplies and materials as needed. - Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times. - Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience not required but is preferred - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Valid driver's license required. - Ability to pass a background check and or drug test as needed - Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment. - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays. - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees and visitors. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and respectful work culture.
