They provide customer service to internal and external customers.This position is available in the following office locations: Portland, OR; Hillsboro, OR; Eugene, OR; Mesa, AZ.Minimum QualificationsA working knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of an associate degree in a business or office related discipline and three years’ experience providing administrative supportKEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESRequires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely mannerMust have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situationsRequires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingGood punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are criticalMust maintain highly confidential and sensitive informationJob ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support for project managerProcesses permits, contracts, stored material, billings, weekly timecards, change orders, subcontracts, lien waivers, certificate of insurancePerforms Doc Control, assists with Audit complianceCertified payroll reporting, MWESB report, Workforce reporting & MER/MUR’sUpdates Spectrum with estimates, contract changes, subcontracts, phasing, and cost projectionsGeneral Job set up on and off sitePerforms additional duties as assignedCompensation & BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid term life insurance and AD&D coverage 401k retirement plan with employer match and company contribution.
