Key Responsibilities
Review applications and determine eligibility and compliance
Process broker and agent licensing, appointment, and contracting credentials
Analyze submitted material for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support role
1+ years of experience using multiple computer programs simultaneously
Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
