Based in San Jose, CA, they strengthen social connection and community power through three core platforms: gather, grow, and nourish.About the RoleReporting to the Business Operations Manager, this key role ensures smooth internal processes and efficient workflows across the organization. You will be the "hub" of daily execution, supporting everything from finance and HR to facility maintenance and IT setup. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone who is responsive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.This is a fully on-site position located at Emma Prusch Farm Park in San Jose.Who You AreYou are a self-motivated problem-solver who loves bringing order to a busy environment. You have a customer-service orientation and enjoy being the primary contact for staff and external vendors. You are comfortable handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality and can pivot between different taskslike processing an invoice one hour and setting up electronics the nextwith ease.What You'll BringExperience: 1 to 3 years of administrative, operations, or office support experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
