Job Title: ControllerLocation: Rosemont, IL (4 days onsite)Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct HirePay Range: $175,000 - $200,000 base salary plus 15% bonusBenefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc.Company: Holding CompanyKey Responsibilities:All accounting functions are align with GAAPInternal financial reportingInternal controlsImprove accounting policies and practicesOptimize accounting process efficiencyMaintain accurate general ledgers and lead the month-end close processLead the consolidation of entitiesPrepare and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reportsKey Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA requiredMinimum of 8+ progressive accounting experienceExperience in US GAAP technical accounting and consolidation/eliminations processes
