About The Job:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in Elkhart, Indiana.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for team leadership, software development, project management, and integration.
Requirements:
Experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership.
Experience in Software Development and Project Management.
Experience in Integration and Coordination of engineering projects.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and technical drawing standards.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in the trailer and RV industries is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
