Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or casual settings Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and food handling stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is a plus Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management in a fast-paced setting Previous host/hostess or bussing experience can be beneficial but is not required; enthusiasm for serving is key Join us if you’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
