Benefits:Bonus based on performanceEmployee discountsFlexible scheduleOpportunity for advancementTraining & developmentDuties & Responsibilities65% Sales– Execute the full sales cycle — lead generation, follow-up, and close– Attend grassroots marketing and community networking events– Schedule prospects into introductory classes and conduct studio tours– Manage memberships and leads in the ClubReady CRM platform– Drive retail sales and process accurate cash and card transactions– Book quality appointments to hit monthly membership quotas– Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate studio leads– Review, implement, and communicate corporate sales SOPs and weekly scripts– Participate in special events: health fairs, grand openings, community events20% Operations & Client Experience– Be present on the studio floor during all class times– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire studio and retail area– Enforce studio policies and uphold the brand standard– Provide outstanding customer service and retain current members– Input retail inventory and take photos for social media platforms– Other duties as assigned by the studio owner15% Team Leadership– Supervise studio staff and manage the weekly schedule– Ensure the Daily Lead Management checklist is executed and complete– Adjust coverage and foundations scheduling as needed– Coach the team on improving personal sales productionRequirements– 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience preferredRequired– Previous management or supervisory experience required– Confident in generating personal sales and exceeding targets– Ability to train and develop a sales team– Skilled in managing memberships and retail revenue streams– Solution-oriented, competitive, and results-driven mindset– Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment– Strong communication skills: in-person, phone, and email– Proficient in CRM and point-of-sale software (ClubReady preferred)– Trustworthy with confidential information– Genuine passion for fitness and wellness– Authorized to work in the United StatesA NOTE ON HOURS & GROWTHThis role starts at 25–30 hours per week, with scheduling built around studio class times. Based on performance, the position is expected to grow to full-time (40 hrs/week) within 4–6 months — along with expanded leadership responsibility and compensation.
