Urgent Care Physician - Per Diem

This role is for a Physician in a clinical setting, providing urgent care services such as treating minor illnesses, injuries, and performing diagnostics and procedures.Requires graduation from an accredited medical school, 2-5 years of post-residency experience, and board certification or eligibility in Family or Emergency Medicine.Must hold an active medical license and have experience in urgent or emergency care, including procedures like suturing and splinting.Responsibilities include examining and diagnosing patients, interpreting tests, prescribing medications, treating injuries, documenting patient progress, and educating patients.Supervises and collaborates with PAs/NPs remotely, overseeing up to four providers during credentialing.Work shifts are typically 8 or 12 hours, with all other duties assigned as needed.Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication, attentive listening, and customer service skills, with preferred experience in Electronic Medical Records.
