Their facility near Aurora, IL is experiencing significant growth driven by rising demand. As a result of this expansion, they are seeking to add a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to their team.Job DescriptionLead and develop a team of engineers and technicians supporting multiple production lines.Own overall process performance, including quality, efficiency, and output metrics.Establish and maintain operating standards for process control and product consistency.Drive development and launch of new product variations, materials, and process capabilities.Identify and implement opportunities to improve throughput, yield, and energy efficiency.Collaborate closely with tooling, maintenance, and electrical teams to enhance line performance.Oversee process changes, material qualifications, and root-cause investigations.Mentor team members, providing coaching, technical guidance, and career development.Support capital planning efforts for production lines, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
