This role plays a key part in helping patients gain access to critical therapies by conducting pharmacy benefit investigations and coordinating with insurance providers and care teams.🔎 What You’ll DoConduct pharmacy benefit investigations using test claims, eBV tools, and outbound callsVerify prescription and specialty pharmacy coverage with insurance providersAccurately update patient records (BIN, PCN, Group, ID, etc.)Document benefit details and ensure proper case routingReview referrals for accuracy and follow up on missing informationRoute cases to appropriate teams and escalate urgent issuesMonitor and follow up on prior authorizationsTroubleshoot and resolve data or system issues impacting cases✅ What We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in pharmacy, insurance verification, or healthcare supportHands-on experience with pharmacy benefit investigations and claims adjudicationUnderstanding of pharmacy claims processing (BIN, PCN, Group, ID)Strong data entry and system navigation skills (CRM/case management tools)High school diploma or GED⭐ Nice to HaveExperience in specialty pharmacy or hub servicesFamiliarity with electronic benefit verification (eBV) toolsKnowledge of prior authorizationsAssociate’s degree or healthcare/pharmacy-related certificationCall center or telephony system experience💡 Why This Role?Meaningful, mission-driven work improving patient access to life-changing therapiesExposure to the full patient access lifecycle (benefits, authorizations, coordination)Strong training and mentorship from experienced healthcare professionalsTech-enabled workflows in a fast-paced, supportive environmentCareer growth opportunities within a growing organization
