Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate will work closely with supervisor and peers to ensure the proper execution of daily warehouse functions, including focus on overall customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesProcess, pack, and ship orders accuratelyPrepare products for shippingMaintain inventory of products; restock as neededSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standardsDaily cycle counts, including system updates to maintain accuracy levelsReceive inventory, inspect for damages and discrepancies; report as neededInspect products for damages and discrepancies; report as neededMaintain a clean and orderly warehouse environmentOperate sit-down forkliftFollow all safety protocol and warehouse proceduresMaintain and promote high standards of customer serviceMaintain picking or inspecting accuracy of 99.9%Meet efficiency standardsContribute to same day shipping goal of 99.7%Complete cross-training in 2 areas in first yearQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred2-3 years of previous warehouse experience preferredValid forklift certificationStrong communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skillsDependable and reliableInventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be requiredPhysical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs.Strong team playerAbility to work from 11:00 am till 7:30 pm ESTBenefitsGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) Program: Up to 17 PTO days per year are provided for scheduled (vacation, personal, routine medical appointments) and unscheduled (sick, emergency) absences.
