Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Our thriving and growing practice is looking for fully licensed clinicians who enjoy working with children and adolescents to join our team! We are a Delaware individually woman owned practice and embrace diversity and inclusion in all forms. We are open to considering all practice interests and orientations. We currently see clients primarily located in Delaware, (If you have Pennsylvania, Florida or Psypact licensure we can market you in these as well). We eventually plan to continue to expand nationwide. If you have an active license in any US state we can assist you in obtaining your DE telehealth license. If you would like the flexibility to manage your own schedule, live and travel where you wish and to focus your personal time exclusively on your own interests, we are a great fit for you. We will market you, schedule initial clients, provide EHR, billing and credentialing services as well as a community of talented clinicians that gathers to consult virtually and is regularly accessible. We are looking for: - Ideally a clinician who can see a hybrid caseload of in person and telehealth clients. We are open to fully telehealth for exceptional out of state talent. -Minimum availability for 15 clients specifically ages 19 and under - Exceptional talent and ability to practice independently - All clients affirming: cultural competence, LGBTQIA+ affirming and knowledgeable, gender/ sex affirming knowledgeable, neurodiversity affirming and knowledgeable, lived experience and identification with any of the above is great!
